Refund Policy

• Full refund within 24 hours if portrait not downloaded
• No refund after download (digital goods are non-returnable under EU law once accessed)

• Full refund if cancelled before printing begins (within ~2 hours of payment)
• Reprint at no cost if the print arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown
• No refund for change of mind once printing has started
