2. What data we collect
- Your pet photo (uploaded by you, used only for portrait generation, deleted after 30 days)
- Your name, email, phone, and shipping address (if you place a print order)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details)
- Order history and generated portrait files
3. How we use your data
- To generate your AI pet portrait
- To process and ship your order
- To send you order confirmation and tracking information
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (Stripe for payments, Gelato for printing and shipping).
4. Data retention
- Pet photos: deleted after 30 days
- Generated portraits: stored for 30 days after order, then deleted
- Order data (name, address, email): retained for 7 years for legal/accounting purposes
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@opsbites.com.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
As an EU resident you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. Contact us at hello@opsbites.com to exercise these rights.
6. Cookies
We use no tracking cookies. We use only technical cookies required for payment processing (Stripe).
